The videos and articles on this website are intended for beginners. It is recommended that you spend at least 10 minutes a day practicing and that you take regular breaks between exercises..if your hand or wrist starts to hurt, then stop, take a rest or do something else. There is no need to overdo it and most of all, have fun playing guitar!
